In chantell s episode of extreme weight loss she used 2 mason jars and marbles to help her visualize her first goal.
You could place each person s name on them or simply.
As she lost each pound she moved a marble to the second jar and continued to move marbles from one to the other as she worked off each and every one of those pounds helping her visually see.
Create a label for the larger glass jar representing pounds lost.
You take two jars either mason.
In another jar labeled pounds lost is where you take a marble from pounds to lose and place it in pounds lost for every pound you lose.
The other empty awaiting to be filled.
With a starting weight of 339 i was able to move over 66 marbles so far.

You may want to create labels for each individual s jar as well.

I simply typed and printed my label that reads.
You simply count out marbles in the amount of pounds you want to lose and place them in a glass or jar marked pounds to lose.
