Quick start low power no flash are the advantages that save energy. While they can make it easier to light the area you really do need a real growth light if you want your plants to succeed. As a general rule of thumb you ll want to use your led lights for growing about 12 16 hours each day. The latter two are recommended for a large grow house while the first two are perfect for a small garden.

This will give your plants the right amount of light without overheating them. The commonly used kinds of regular led lights for growing plants are fluorescent and incandescent bulbs.
