I am looking to buy a traktor kontrol s4 and was wondering is there any difference between the traktor kontrol s4 mk1 and the mk2.
Mk1 vs mk2 vinyl hi guys just a quick one im still using 2 0 3 as i have always found it really stable my qusetion is is it.
A quick look at the major and minor changes on the traktor kontrol s2 s4 units in the mk2 generation.
Nothing is missing from the x1mk2 that was on the mk1.
Compare the main features specifications prices and select the best model.
If i start the traktor with a timecode vinyl mk1 it works normal but when i switch to the timecode vinyl mk2 the traktor pitch ruler accelerates 50.
I have mk2 vinyl but tsp2 version 2 03 runs best for me with lowest latency.

But i just purchased a z2 and finally made the switch from vinyl to digital so you ll have to excuse my newbness but why would an x1 be a good.

Thorens 318 mk2 vs mk1 post by raphaelmabo 11 oct 2016 10 43 the td320 uses thorens standard belt as most other thorens does only a few exceptions like the td295 mkiv and the thorens with the belt around the main platter instead of around the sub platter.
Do note that you need the new mk2 vinyls if running traktor 2 1 1 or higher current is 2 1 2 this is the only reason i purchased them as updating traktor won t let me run my mk1 s and they were at the end of their life anyways.
If i use version 2 5xx on the same machine with same config i cannot run it as low latency as 2 03 before traktor load maxes red all the time and it pops and stutters.
