Tpo Roofing Scrim

This tpo membrane is comprised of three bonded layers which are as follows.

Tpo roofing scrim.

Thermoplastic polyolefin base layer. Superior to hot tar roofing tpo membranes are. Tpo roofing products made from rubber not plastic and are available in six eight and ten foot wide rolls that are 100 feet long each and in a range of thicknesses. Normally caused by oxidation of the single ply systems top coating leaving the exposed reinforcement scrim and underlying core sheet subject to uv degradation.

We also offer 45 mil min and 60 mil min tpo membranes. Tpo roofing is a single ply roof system which means only one sheet or membrane of tpo is installed. Tpo membranes are manufactured in sheets that are 10 12 or 20 feet wide. Jm tpo roofing membrane is available in 45 mil 60 mil and 80 mil thicknesses.

Polyester reinforced fabric center aka scrim. Most new single ply thermoplastic polyolefin tpo roofs are installed using a standard 060 mil membrane with reinforced scrim. Tpo roofing systems are composed of a single layer of synthetics and reinforcing scrim which is engineered to cover flat roofs. Also known as field membrane the tpo is made up of several layers.
